How do I place a listing ?
Once your account has been created, you will be directed to the login page. Login with the user name and password you selected. This will take you to your account information page. From there, in upper left hand corner there are two links. (Listing Editor and Homepage Editor) Listing Editor is where you actually create your listings and Homepage Editor is where if you have multiple listings such as a Realtor or landlord you could create an information page about yourself. If this is your first listing you need to click on the Listing Editor link. This will bring you to a page which list all your current listings. Since this is your listing, click the add button at the bottom right. On that page you see all your listing options to list your property. At the end be sure to save your listing by clicking the save button at the bottom right.

Who will see my listing ?
In November of 2001 the United States alone topped 110 million internet users. It is our hope that just a fraction of 1% of that number will view your home. We will be marketing the site via search engines plus advertising in Newspapers in various countries.

What if I am using a Realtor/Agent to sell my home?
The majority of Realtors will issue your home an MLS number which allows any number of realtors to show your home to their clients. In your personal listing you are able to enter your MLS number as well as the realtor your home is listed with. This could be used as extra advertising for Realtors/Agent. You could even refer your Realto/Agentr here and have them place the listing for you.

What are the advantages of listing on the internet?
By listing your home on the internet you open your buyers market to millions of prospective buyers.

What if I am a Realtor/Agent and have multiple listings?

Why am I receiving errors when uploading my photos?
In order to keep your listing loading as fast as possible we have limited uploads to 60 kb per photo. You will need to resize each of your photos to meet this criteria. If you do not own photo resizing software you can access one online at the link below free. If you still have trouble with your photos they can be emailed to us for and we will reduce them for free and place them in your listing. Email photos to , please include your full name and user name.

How do I retrieve a lost password?
If you have misplaced your password and we will email your user name and password to you. Be sure to include your full name when submitting.
