Property Listing Agents wanted worldwide

Most of you will already understand the basic concept behind this site BUT for those of you who are new, please keep coming back to this page to gain some tid bits of info..and to keep abreast of any changes.
I will explain the workings a little bit later on here.
I would also like to encourage any of you who may have further suggestion and ideas, to and I will share your words with our other Agents happily. Please keep things simple however!

Now ..here's what I want to be able to do with this site with your help.
Simply put, I wish to have a huge database of listings of properties for sale via the internet (internationally) and for us all to make a little money by offering this service! Above all else, I want our customers to receive great service and have their properties seen by potential buyers in all countries. Sound good? Well it is!
I have the resource, the site ready for us all to use (Real Estate Agents welcome Tina!), room to make improvements.
I have also tried to keep it simple for all users..If anything is too complicated, please do not hesitate to .

As a Listing Agent there are various ways you can utilise this site.

1. You will receive your own username and password. Only you can add your details and photographs and it can be done from anywhere in the world as long as you have internet access. ( I have full access as well)

2. You will have your own homepage which will be viewed via the site ..take a look at 'our Agents' to see what you can have. (You don't have to be listed there by the way, but it would seem senseless not to be if you are intending making some money)

You will be responsible for your own listings, your own advertising, and your own collection of monies.
We have Pay Pal and Paymate on the site and customers can avail themselves of this or you can. Either way, I will recompense those Agents whose clients pay via Pay Pal (your country's rates). I will know and you will have to trust me on this one.
I suggest Agents place small ads in their local newspapers first off...I will show you mine to give you an idea..of course you can use your imagination here and if one of us gets more results than the others, please share your secret with the rest of us! Classifieds - e.g.

My idea behind this is that when someone phones you or contacts you via email..you will be able to ask which listing they will require..ie. the free listing or the enhanced listing..9 photos unlimited text forever or until the property is sold etc. They may well just want the free listing but in my experience clients will choose the latter if you explain they get both with the enhanced listing..even if they don't they will come back later after seeing others with better listings.
Also, it helps to explain that because we have 'ListingAgents' in different countries doing the same thing, their listing will be guaranteed to be seen by the world not just in their country.

Now the money thing! The prices I suggest are on the site..I expect half of the listing fee..so for five minutes work you could gain 50% of whatever the currency converts to in your country.
This will be up to you..You will probably need to start a new bank account..You will need to accept cheques/checks only as at this stage, I have not gone so far as to accept c/cards online other than via Pay Pal. I will do this at some stage in the future. You can place the clients listing online as soon as you wish..if the payment is not forthcoming, just delete their listing after 30 days. Advise them of course.
You will need to issue a receipt (Listezy.com) and while I think about it..GST will be included in the price if asked.

Another way to obtain listings is to search for others already listed on various sites and send an email offering your service..freebie only..once they look at the site they may well take out an enhanced listing. This is how I gained the first few on the site. I'm happy to be able offer something for free.
Above all, do not spam..and keep the emails friendly. The one point I wish to make sure of is that everyone replies as soon as possible to would be clients..speed is what everyone wants on the net now and I want us to give great service..more than anything that is where I want to be different from many of the other sites offering similar listing services.
